Travail are looking for someone who has a brilliant work ethic, an eye for detail, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and can evidence experience within an administrative role for our well respected client based in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful post holder must be professional, able to work using own initiative and organised as you will be expected to adhere to set internal business processes.
Duties will include tasks such as:
Answering the telephones and taking messages
Typing of correspondence
Data inputting (Word and Excel)
Using CRM Systems
Speaking to customers and booking appointments
Ensuring records are kept up to date
You will need to have:
Be able to work independently
Experience working in an office and using excel
This is a full time permanent role working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00
