Monday to Friday.

The Role: Customer Service Executive


Calling existing clients regarding new products and incentives, updating the CRM database with new contacts and information discussed. Effectively retain customers, listen to concerns and addressing any issues given. Educating on products and services whilst giving tailored responses to the client’s needs. Enter detailed notes of all discussions on the CRM system.
Account management and relationship building is key to the role as is excellent customer service. Training will be given, but you will need the drive and passion to impress the customers daily with your professional and cheerful disposition.


The Candidate:
• Confident telephone manner is essential
• Previous Customer Service / Account management required
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Able to work to set procedures
• Have an inquisitive curious nature
• Excellent grammar skills are required with good attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office Package skills
