CNC Turner

CNC Setter/Operator - Stroud, GL5 2QN - Permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday 8am til 4.30pm - £34,000 to £40,000 depending on experience - Interviewing ASAP

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to join a Stroud based company who have been trading for 15 years, niche Design and Manufacturing company who are interviewing ASAP.

The role will involve:

- Setting and Operating CNC Turning machines
- Working from engineers drawings
- Producing one-off and small batch components
- Quality checking own work using Micrometers and Verniers
- Working on unique designs that are tailored to each clients individual requirements
- Working in a small team
- Using various materials

In order to be considered for this role you will need to:

- Experienced CNC Turner
- Setting and Operating as a minimum
- Manufacturing or Engineering industry
- Able to read from drawings
- CAD/CAM exposure would be preferred
- Self sufficient
