Key Responsibilities for Procurement Administrator:

• Assist in the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Support the procurement team in evaluating supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement.

• Assist in the resolution of any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements for the procurement administrator role:

• Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is preferred but not essential.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
