Our clients are a successful business to business telemarketing organization in Bristol working on corporate accounts and marketing campaigns. They are currently recruiting for telemarketers/telesales persons on a Temp to Perm basis.
The hours of work are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. There are realistic targets and the pay rate depending on your track record and expertise is £8.00- 9.00 per hour.
We are recruiting the telemarketers/telesales persons for outbound telemarketing campaigns. Previous Business to Business telemarketing experience and outbound proactive selling in a customer service environment are essential. Proven experience in the financial, pensions insurance or health sector would be preferable however not essential.
The telemarketers/telesales persons must have clear and articulate communication skills both oral and written. An exceptional telephone manner, quality call focus and good business awareness are important. In addition the ability to understand the needs of the companies who will attend the appointments that you are securing is also essential.
