We are currently looking to take on an additional person in our payroll team to cover maternity leave. As this is maternity cover it is important that applicants have previous experience of processing either weekly or monthly payroll.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Location: Gloucester town centre
Duration: Maternity cover, approx 9 months
Due to the exciting news that the stork has visited one of the lovely members of our payroll team, we are looking to take on an additional person to support our payroll manager during their absence. This is an important position within our company as it is imperative that our temporary workers are all paid correctly and on time, so previous experience of processing weekly or monthly payroll is essential.
The role will involve the following duties:
- Validating payroll from our network of offices
- Dealing with PAYE, NI and BACS queries from the branch network
- Inputting payroll information in a precise and accurate manner
- Knowledge of RTI
- Generating P45''s
- Generating payroll reports for the payroll manager
