A new vacancy has become available for a Receptionist/Secretary at the Whitchurch office of this prominent North West Firm where client care is of the highest priority.
The successful applicant will ideally be able to work with minimum supervision and be very pro-active.
This is a varied role which involves both reception duties and secretarial support to the other fee earners within the office and their departments. The work involves mainly residential conveyancing with some commercial and agricultural work also. Ideally the applicant will have some previous reception and secretarial experience. The applicant will be expected to maintain the fee earners’ diaries and be experienced in using all Microsoft programmes. They will be able to deal with Clients and professional bodies both on the telephone and in person whilst always acting in a proficient and friendly manner.
They must be enthusiastic and pro-active. Willing to assist other members of the team during busy periods and working under pressure and to tight deadlines. As well as working with minimum supervision they must have the ability to work as part of a team and to be extremely organised
