Travail Employment Group is recruiting for an administrative assistant within a local Mansfield Chartered Accountancy firm.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to any administration task required across the business. The suitable candidate shall be doing the following duties but won’t be limited to:
Filing/general administrative tasks
Meeting & greeting clients
Answering the telephone
Typing – very occasional audio dictation
General filing and processing of paperwork
The appointed candidate is likely to have the following:
Experience within an administration position
Good computer skills using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
Working experience answering the phone
Have a high attention to detail
Have a strong work ethic and be reliable
