The key task of the Call Centre Supervisor will be to own the end to end process and management for tactical campaign work. This will involve ability to be able to review and implement, processes, reporting, training, monitoring and team management.

The main duties of the role are listed below but will require flexibility to add to these key tasks depending on the nature of the campaign and direct manager requirements.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work differing hours depending on campaign demands and may be required to work later shifts or weekends when required. The main core hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the induction of staff for all tactical work
* Induct and train new employees
* Develop and implement processes, liaising with sales and direct line manager
* Liaise with sales to ensure you understand the type of staff they require for events, including scripts, objectives of campaign and any campaign specific requirements
* Manage staffing timescales efficiently in line with campaign workload objectives ensuring all events are fully staffed to the Managers'''' needs
* Set goals for performance and deadlines
* Organise workflow and ensure that staff understand their duties or delegated tasks
* Monitor employee productivity/quality and provide constructive feedback and coaching
* Receive and manage escalations from the team and resolve problems
* Monitor timekeeping and absence
* Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
* Prepare and submit performance reports to line manager

Position Requirements:

* Past experience in Customer services or Staff management
* Have good attention to detail
* Possess excellent time-management and organisational skills

* Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
* Proven experience as campaign co-ordinator or relevant role
* Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding organisational and facilitation skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Expert knowledge of Excel
