Our friendly client is seeking a new team player to work 11am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate will be running the busy Reception area, meeting and greeting visitors, manning the switchboard and providing administration services to the management team. No two days are the same and you will enjoy the chance to work with lots of different people in a varied, fast-moving environment.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have;
• Multi-tasking in a busy and demanding customer focused environment
• Positive attitude/self-motivated
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Takes pride in personal appearance
• An eye for detail, along with good a working knowledge of Word and Excel desirable
• Enjoys developing self and learning both informally and formally
• Administration / Customer Service / Receptionist experience
• An understanding of social media will be helpful but not essential as training will be given
