Sales Support Administrator
£16,000 per annum pro-rata
Term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Our rapidly growing client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their small, highly successful team. The successful individual will have previous experience in an office based sales support role and be comfortable with calling customers. You will be a good communicator, have a professional telephone manner and demonstrate a high standard of customer service.
The role involves contacting existing clients to arrange a time for their compliance officers to call to carry out telephone audit appointments, booking the appointments and sending out any associated paperwork. There will also be email contact to follow up and lots of internal liaison.
The Successful candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
• Excellent level of accuracy, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• A Common sense approach to processes
