Our client, based in Newark, are looking for an experienced ¬Head Chef to work in their busy restaurant. You will be an experienced, organised Head Chef, able to control GP and staff cost percentages, as well as taking control of food safety management processes.
Preparing fresh, high quality meals using quality, local produce, the suitable candidate will be responsible for planning menus, ordering, stock rotation and controlling costs.
Applicants must have a Food Hygiene Certificate.
The hours of work will be discussed, but the business operates 7 days a week, so evening and weekend working will be a pre-requisite.
