Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Calne, Wiltshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am -5pm
Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a successful professional accountancy practice’s payroll bureau as a Payroll Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full end to end payroll processing for an expanding client base. Payroll duties include the full year end requirements, P11D reporting, CIS submissions and Pension Administration. Another key function is to provide basic HR advice and support to clients where it relates to payroll (e.g. family legislation and working hours).
As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in managing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls, therefore a background in practice or payroll bureau would be preferable (but not essential). You will also be competent in the use of Sage 50 Payroll and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. You will possess technical payroll ability, a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively as part of a high performing team.
A full driving licence and use of a car during the working week is required, as you may be visiting clients at their premises, or representing the company at other meetings (mileage allowance provided).
