Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Hours: 8.00am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday 37.50 hours p/week

It is a permanent vacancy and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.15pm with an annual salary that ranges between £18,000 to £20,000. This vacancy has an immediate start.
Based in their busy customer services department dealing with a wide variety of customers.
Answering incoming customer queries (from the UK & abroad)
Active sourcing of information for clients internally (product availability etc)
Accurate input of any customer information and orders on the company’s system
General administration related to orders, deliveries & department relevant administration procedures
Sales & Marketing Support
Providing general support on an ad-hoc basis
Previous experience in customer services in an office based, commercial position (in export or sales support, customer services/account management, logistics or order processing in a manufacturing environment)
Good communication & relationship-building skills across all levels
Must be well organised, able to prioritise own workload & work to deadlines
High level of self-motivation
Experience with SAP would be a strong advantage
You will work in an open plan office.
