Administrator / Service Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrator / Service Coordinator to join an expanding successful company that prides themselves on delivering a first class service to all their customers.
Working Monday to Friday with a salary of £16k plus bonus, free parking 28 days holiday.
·Work with manufacturing and installation teams to schedule all work for the schedulers
·Be able to prioritise work and react to changes in deliveries / business needs
·Work to deadlines in a calm and efficient way
·Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
·Ensure all data and information is updated on the company system at all times
·Support the Installations team with administration tasks as needed
·Be positive and motivated with the ability to manage your time well
·Have experience within customer service able to deal with challenging situations should they arise
·Have working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
