The successful Assembly Operative will use manual cutting equipment to assist with manufacturing, assemble other products to incorporate with final products. You will be expected to work to standard processes to meet required quality and to tight dead lines. You will be joining a committed, skilled team, who work well to tight time deadlines, ensuring that all quality standards are being adhered too.
Although assembly experience is not essential for this Assembly Operative role, previous experience within a production environment is essential. The successful Assembly Operative will have experience within a similar role where you have had to work to dead lines, have a natural ability for practical work, have been part of a team and also on your own, have a close eye for detail, be flexible and willing to work in other departments of the company.
