You will be a hands on manager with a good understanding of stocktaking, cost control, sales and staff management.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
• Overall responsibility for the day to day smooth running of restaurant, functions and accommodation ensuring all within budgetary restraints
• Responsible for the scheduling, motivation, coaching and development of staff
• Ensure that high quality of cleanliness, quality, hygiene and company standards are maintained at all time
• Deliver outstanding guest experience and assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
The successful candidate will need to be a good people manager, with the capability of organising all operational aspects. You will be approachable with excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent planning, organisation and problem solving skills are essential.
Previous experience within a similar position is essential, preferably within a Hotel, Restaurant or similar Hospitality environment.
