Working within a busy team, this is a varied role, which requires the successful candidate to ensure the smooth running of assigned customer accounts. You will ensure a good standard of customer service is maintained at all times, ensuring that all daily tasks are completed on time.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
· Ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and queries are dealt with
· Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers keeping them updated on any issues that arise
· Input information onto database efficiently so that customers can be invoiced correctly
· Communicate with other departments including dispatch
The successful candidate will need to have an organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks along with patience and professional tact when dealing with difficult situations. You will have previously worked within busy environments where time deadlines are tight.
