Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: Monday - Friday
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their busy internal sales support team, sales director and national account managers.
This role supports the sales and sales support teams providing the administrative function for sales and pre-production. Working closely with the existing sales and operational support team you will respond to, and route all incoming sales enquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses as well as routing prospects to Account Manager Specialists as necessary. Good IT skills (in Word, Excel and Outlook) are essential, in addition to being well organised and able to multi-task effectively. This is NOT a sales role involving cold calls but will involve a great deal of telephone communication and is office based.
Over time you will learn more of the sales and operation co-ordinator functions and take increasing responsibility in those roles.
