My Client a Telford based commercial company, is seeking a full time Administration Co-ordinator.
• Maintain consistent communication with all members by telephone.
• Document all member interactions on the in-house CRM platform
• Perform general office duties, including greeting and assisting visitors, routing telephone calls, receiving and distributing mail and other correspondence.
• Build positive working relationships to increase repeat business. Enhance customer loyalty and upsell accordingly
• Educate customers regarding new product offerings.
• Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals.
• Excellent and confident telephone manner
• Flexible approach to working
• A pro-active and positive approach to their work
• Excellent Communication skills
• Up to date office IT Skills
• Previous customer service experience
• £9.23 per hour
• Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
• Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
