THE CLIENT

Due to continuous growth, a leading dynamic company is looking to recruit an Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop their career within a friendly and ever expanding business.

THE JOB:
As an Sales Co-ordinator you will be dealing with a high volume of customer queries and sales related issues. Liaising with the drivers to make sure that deliveries are on time and also completing any administrative duties such as data inputting/paperwork. Your main duties within the role will be;

To work with your own clients building relationships
To work closely with and support other teams in the business
to resolve any sales relates issues
to liase with thw shopfloor and drivers to ensure customer satisfaction
work to strict deadlines
You will be responsible for updating customers on the progress of their orders


SKILLS:

The ability to provide world class customer service..
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – particularly phone skills
Capable of working to tight deadlines.
Excellent administrative skills
Ability to work as part of a close knit team.

BENEFITS & SALARY

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am– 5.00pm, 4.00pm on a Friday. This role requires an immediate start and is paying between £17,000 - £18,500 dependent on experience.
