This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Customer services team as a Customer Services Executive, working within a fast paced environment. The company have been established for over 10 years and have grown during this time. You will be working within the busy customer services team handling high volume of incoming calls/emails from customers/suppliers and managing their expectations.

Your main duties will be:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints from end to end
  • Telephone customer contact
  • Speaking to external agencies/suppliers
  • Speaking with internal departments
  • Raising and monitoring orders
  • Problem Solving

The ideal person will be/have:

  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Work unsupervised
