Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:000am - 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch break

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Administration / Stores Person / Engineering Administrator to assist in the running of the store, within the maintenance department of a well-established manufactures. We are looking for a Maintenance Administration / Stores Person / Engineering Administrator to take full responsibility of the working matters of store materials, maintenance, purchasing of stock and receiving goods. An ideal Maintenance Administration / Stores Person / Engineering Administrator will have experience in the following:


Key Responsibilities:
·Processing of purchase orders and recording or stock movement.
·Checking the stock levels ready for re-ordering as and when required.
·Updating computer spreadsheets to enable accurate stock levels.
·Putting materials away in store after deliveries.
·Gathering materials ready for collection by Engineering staff and contractors.
·Control and issue of tools to the Maintenance staff.
·Liaising with company suppliers of the ordering of stock.
·Complete boiler checks and paperwork on a daily basis
·Distribution of delivery goods, with the use of forklifts where required.
·Ensure that goods are checked off and checked for damages.

Key Requirements:
·Experience using a Forklift with licenses (additional training on site).
·Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook).
·Methodical and organised and able to work on own initiative.
·A productive working relationships with suppliers and engineers.
·Participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring that policies and procedure's comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.
