We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join an established and thriving Corby based company. Leading a small team the successful candidate will manage the customer service function interacting with clients and ensure that all processes and procedures are followed by the team in accordance with audit compliance.

This is a busy and varied role, which will require the successful Customer Service Manager to use good organisational skills, strong communication skills along with the ability to absorb and retain vast levels of information.

It is a great time for a Customer Service Manager to join a company who has grown massively in recent years. They are a privately owned organisation and have a low turnover of staffing levels.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring that issues are resolved and relationships are retained
  • Lead and coach a small team of administrators on a day to day basis
  • Produce KPI reports and customer performance reports
  • Manage stock control including investigating stock discrepancies, liaising with internal departments


The successful Customer Service Manager will be a skilled problem solver, with the ability to set processes and work to an audit procedure. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel. It is preferred that candidates have previous managerial experience within a logistics or manufacturing environment. It would be an advantage if you have previously worked with the BRC standard or other similar quality system.
