A small yet well respected and busy packaging company are currently seeking a Sales Administrator / Office Administrator to join their team. Based in the Yate area of Bristol, this position will see you working for a business who pride themselves on their customer services and client satisfaction standards which has led to building long standing relationships with blue chip business, SME'S and other small local business. If your driven and like to be kept busy, this is the role for you.
The Sales Administrator / Office Administrator position will see you support and assisting customers in their enquires and orders. You will be processing incoming orders and maintaing contact with clients in regards to stock availability and the dispatch of goods / order update. On a daily basis, the Sales Administrator / Office Administrator will also complete general office administration duties which would include duties such as answering the phone and filing / faxing.
The successful candidate working within this Sales Administrator / Office Administrator role will ave previous experience working within a Sales administration or Office administration role and will have the ability to demonstrate a polite and personable manner with excellent IT skills.
