We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well know organisation based in Northampton. They currently have an opportunity for a driven Human Resources Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working within a dedicated HR team, the main purpose of this role is to deliver high quality service in all aspects of HR.

This is a varied and busy role; duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Preparation of contracts of employment, processing leavers and starters
  • Assist with the recruitment process including conducting interviews
  • Updating the HR database and processing employee checks
  • Resolve employee queries

You will have effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and via telephone.

The ideal candidate will have generalist HR Administrative experience preferably in a multi-site organisation. You will have sound understanding of recruitment processes and experience of handling high volume recruitment. You will have a friendly, positive approach with good communication skills.
