Title: Financial Controller
Salary: £37,000 to £45,000k pa
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 35hrs per week
We are currently looking to recruit a professional, hands on Financial Controller/Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner to join a diverse, forever growing FMCG manufacturing company. This role will be based at their established site in Corby, Northamptonshire, some occasional travel will be required to the companies sister site based in the North East region of the UK. This is a new position within the organisation, due to their success and expansion.
As a Financial Controller/Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner you will be a key member of the Senior Management team, providing financial support to assist the company in achieving key objectives, including financial analysis and insight into operational activities, whilst ensuring a controlled financial environment and balance sheet for the company.
The successful Financial Controller/Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
·Full management and monitoring of the business working capital and financial controls.
·Reporting P&L's and KPI's to Company Owners on a regular basis
·Preparing and presenting budgets and forecasts, working with Department Heads
·Processing monthly payroll for up to 120 members of staff, across two sites
·Undertake all relevant balance sheets and end of month processes
The successful Financial Controller/Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner will demonstrate previous successful Financial Controller/Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner experience, ideally from a FMCG manufacturing environment. Be qualified to ACA,CIMA or ACCA or relevant PQE. A high level of knowledge of Sage200 would be advantageous, along with intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
