An excellent part time Administrator / Receptionist temporary opportunity has arisen working for a Wellingborough based company that has been established since 1993. Where the staff have over 50 years combined expertise in the manufacture and supply of bespoke insulation products.
Working as an Administrator / Receptionist, your duties will be to
- Assisting the sales and accounts team with general administration duties.
- Purchasing stationary and general office supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding supplies, purchasing transport booking through an online system.
- Reception details- call handing, talking and passing on messages in and timely fashion and greeting visitors.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills
- Sage line 50 is essential.
- Initiative and time management skills
- Good communication skills essential
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills both over the telephone and face to face.
